Over the last 12 years, Warakirri have developed a set of policies that ensure our environmental responsibilities are considered and adhered too. This includes our responsibilities to employees through our Health and Safety procedures.

Our vision is for a safe and sustainable investment while recognising and managing the impacts of activities on both on-site and off-site natural resources. Actions include our Environment Management System (EMS) risk review process. Recording details for sowing, harvesting and chemical application in the software package called Paddock Action Manager (PAM) as well as monthly reporting.
In addition we contribute to regional and catchment-wide biodiversity objectives. This is demonstrated by a number of approved vegetation management plans and projects in progress on Warakirri properties.
Our Health and Safety policies outline the framework and procedures for ensuring the health, safety and welfare of persons within the Group and visitors to our properties.
We focus on eliminating the source risks to the health, safety and welfare of persons at work.
Actions include a functioning peer driven Health and Safety Committee, hazard risk review and register, internal annual peer audits of all operations and monthly reporting.
